The Winston-Salem Crafts Guild, established in 1971, is a group of people interested in the making and selling of arts and crafts. Membership in the Guild is limited to 200 members. Anyone 18 years or older may apply for membership. An applicant’s work is critiqued by the Board of Directors. Upon approval by the Board, the applicants will be accepted as members of the Guild.
The Guild has several membership classifications. You may join as a senior citizen (60 years or older), regular membership, or family membership (husband and wife).
The Guild currently has two shows and a holiday shop. Members are encouraged to support the guild by participating in as many Guild events as possible.
The Guild strives to promote creativity in its members and encourages originality in design and excellence in execution. We have a unique group of artisans who work together to create a caring, helping and sharing organization.
